Tourism industry, an increasing point pushing local economical development innational economics, has been regarded as the most vivid and potential new industryamong the third industries. With the increase of people's income level and holidays,as well as changing of consuming concept, vacation tourism featured by fixed visitingplace, long staying time, emphasizing rest and relax, and free route arrangement is anew trend.There are five vacation tourism resources types: skiing, forest, warm spring, lake,and sea. This paper chooses vacation tourism resources including skiing, forest andwarm spring in A'ershan in Inner Mongolia based on current research result and fieldsurvey.Vacation tourism resources in A'ershan are evaluated qualitatively with SWOTmodel, quantitatively with AHP and fuzzy theory, and weights of the metrics forevaluation are decided through fuzzy AHP. The evaluation result shows that naturaltourism resources, cold temperate zone climate, good vacation environment, abundantgym resources and cultural tourism resources are advantages of A'ershan. The mostadvantageous tourism advantage is the forest, followed by warm spring and skiing.There are 2 first-class sight cells, 9 second-class sights, 22 third -class sights, and 4fourth-class sights. Questionnaire shows that 55% people consider tourism resourcesas good, 18% consider as very good, 18% consider as ordinary, and 9% consider asnot good among the investigated people.Based on tourism resources evaluation results, function subareas are planned. Thecore is volcano relic protection zone, surrounding by forest, warm spring, skiingvacation entertainment zone with lots of gym establishments. The furthest outer layeris service zone which provides various services for tourists with hotels, restaurants,shops, and etc. The targeted tourists to A'ershan come from the nearest cities andcounties such as Beijing, Tianjing, and east-north three provinces. Besides this, peoplefrom some south provinces like Guangdong, Shenzhen, Jiangsu, Hunan, and Shanghaiare also potential market. At last, this paper makes some suggestion on vacationtourism products mode, tour route designing, infrastructure layout, resourcesprotection, and developing strategy. |
