For urban development, suburban vacation tourism is to promote its urbanization’s first choice.Henan Province is one of China’s most populated provinces. The relative source amount is sufficient for local tourist. Moreover, located in China’s central, its transportation is convenient. Its line extends in all directions. For Its radiation, the influence is big. Xuchang Locates in the central part of Henan province. It is a really central city. Excellent location, convenient traffic conditions, four distinct seasons, temperature humidity pleasant climate conditions, the ecological health garden atmosphere with trees and flowers, besides the people who are hard-working, kind and helpful makes Xuchang livable. Xuchang has a long history. It is one of the important cradles of the Chinese nation. Besides the Cao Wei culture is quite significant. Guo Moruo has said that for three Kingdoms historical sites in Henan, Xuchang which in the most central of Henan is topped. Henan province includes20sites in the heritage attractions of the three countries, exclusive of Xuchang14sites. It is enough to see the Three Kingdoms culture of Xuchang is quite wide and profound. As a Contact point to accelerate the level of urbanization in Xuchang, It will promote the level of urbanization in Henan Province. It provides the resource support for later given the SWOT analysis, strategies and overall strategic layout.Secondly, I focus on the SWOT analysis of Xuchang suburban vacation tourism, according to the principles of landscape ecology. Using landscape ecological theory of spatial analysis, It makes a analysis of advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Xuchang suburban vacation tourism. So it must develop the whole city ecological environment and citizen civilization degree. That is the whole three aspects.Finally, combined with the above analysis, this paper comes to the overall strategic layout for Xuchang depth development of suburban vacation tourism. That is the design and planning development of "four regions","four themes" and "four main line of the eight routes", such as Western learning healthy tourist region, the Core leisure tourism region, Eastern business livable tourist region and North affection experience region; Jun porcelain, Chinese traditional medicine, and religious topics, Caowei culture and tourism showing topics, flowers and hot spring topics, and enjoying life tourism garden topic; special tourist routes between Xuchang city and Xuchang county,Changge city, between Xuchang city and Yuzhou city, between Xuchang city and Yanling county and between Xuchang city and Xiangcheng county.
