A Research Upon Knowledge Sharing Influence Factors And Mechanism In Construction Project Team

Enterprise knowledge management has gradually become the key of enterprise's survival and development. Because of the mainly support industry of national economy, research on knowledge management of construction enterprise is particularly needed. However, as shown in survey, knowledge sharing is an important but difficult activity in knowledge management practice. Among the varied reason, it is generally believed that the knowledge worker would not like to share his important information or knowledge resource. Consequently, the factors, which influence on the knowledge sharing, must be understood before that the measure is taken to improve individual's knowledge sharing behavior. Only by this way, the knowledge sharing mechanism can run well.Firstly, the thesis introduces the knowledge sharing theory, and defines the concept of knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing, and also introduces the research development of knowledge management model in the world. At the same time the thesis analyzes knowledge sharing in the enterprise and project management.Secondly, according to the statistics the thesis analyzes the outline of domestic construction, and defines the construction enterprise's project management concept, process and model. After classifying construction enterprise knowledge and knowledge capitals, the thesis brings forward the construction enterprise's three knowledge that is assistant knowledge, domain knowledge and skill knowledge, and educes five models in knowledge sharing. Through the analysis of individual to individual knowledge sharing model, the thesis educes the knowledge sharing influence factors, such as subject factor, object factor and environmental factor, and designs the research model of knowledge sharing influence factor.Thirdly, referring to lots of domestic and overseas literature and the three influence factors in individual knowledge sharing model of project team, the thesis advances eleven variables from the three factors and relevant research hypothesis. Through demonstration analysis on data from eight building sites, the thesis gives the conclusion to the hypothesis and confirms the important variables influencing the knowledge sharing.Finally, combining the knowledge sharing influence factors the thesis constructs the individual knowledge sharing model in construction project team, and advances the suitable knowledge sharing mechanism for construction project team members, such as motivation and compensation mechanism, team culture, and knowledge sharing channel.
