On The Construction Of The Advanced Corporate Culture

It is an important component that our country builds advanced culture with Chinese characteristics to structure the corporate culture which represents the advanced cultural direction, it is a need of the socialist spiritual civilization, it is that enterprises of our country carry out and practice the demand of the important thought of 'Three Represents' too. It is a new subject faced in enterprise's development of our country to structure the advanced corporate culture under the new situation.This thesis is divided into four parts, in term of guiding enterprise's cultural construction with advanced culture, it studies and probes into the theory about the construction of corporate cultures of enterprises in our country under the new situation. At first, this thesis has explained the meaning of both advanced culture and advanced corporate culture, it has analysed the essential characteristic of the advanced corporate culture too, then, on the basis of summarizing enterprise's cultural construction existing problem at present of enterprise of our country, the thesis has explained the advanced corporate culture meanings of construction; next, the thesis expound the basic system of the advanced corporate culture structures from the system of goal, the system of structure and the system of content, it study the goal, the content and the structure of the corporate culture structures under the new situation from macroscopic and put up the frame system of the advanced corporate culture structures; then, the thesis probe into the measures that advanced corporate culture structure, including whom advanced corporate culture structured judge the standard, principle and way; finally, on the basis of the particularity of enterprise's cultural construction of our country, the thesis put forward the argument of setting up security mechanism about the construction of advanced corporate culture and analyse it from the political guarantee, system guarantee and quality guarantee especially.
