The whole business world is eagerly demanding for a new principal competing part and a new competing way, that is supply chain (SC). Meanwhile, in an era when knowledge is exploding, any little slack in learning would possibly make the enterprise fall behind other enterprises or even get into crisis in both technology and management methods, and further more, some other facets too, not to mention those enterprises without learning activities. That's why learning becomes a theme never to be ignored in enterprise management. This essay refers to both learning management and supply chain management (SCM). In another way of saying this, it is about some special quality in a special platform: supply chain.The main body of learning, from the micro level, are the employee of enterprises while from the level of supply chain, are the enterprises themselves as members. On one hand, enterprises are components of the supply chain, which is the main part of modern competition, so enterprises are reasonable for the upgrading of the ability of supply chain. On the other hand, it is the enterprise that is the entity of gaining profits. It makes them have to protect their own core technology and core knowledge.
