Review of the progress of human society development, every time the social changes will lead to the change of management mode, the development of human society, from the overall perspective, mainly experienced two major changes, the first is from agricultural economy to industrial economy transition, technological progress becomes the main mark of industrial economy, but the two kind of economic forms belong to the same category of industrial economy, is a change, second are from industrial economy the transition to the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important resources, as the United States of America management guru Peter Drucker pointed out, knowledge is not and labor, land and other racing together bridle to bridle one of the manufacturing resources, but in the knowledge economy era the only meaningful a resource. An industrial economy to a knowledge economy transition, is a qualitative change, the human society has a great influence.In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise management mode to also produce new change, namely, the creation of knowledge management. Knowledge management is the practice in the2090time of generation, although the research time of ten years only, but to the enterprise and even national brought changes to turn the world upside down. Enterprises in western countries in the use of knowledge management will bring enormous profits, in view of the importance of knowledge management and indispensable, I try to study the influencing factors of knowledge management strategy, to the enterprise knowledge management blindly, on knowledge management lack of understanding, play a certain guiding significance.Knowledge management is the process of knowledge acquisition, identification, transmission, share and use. This process will involve learning, only continuous learning in order to improve the breadth and depth of knowledge, this paper from the perspective of organizational learning knowledge management strategy analysis, and find its influence strategy selection for grain. This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the related domestic and international literature review, the third chapter is a review of the research on the organizational learning theory, the fourth chapter is the conceptual model and research hypothesis, the fifth chapter is the empirical study,, the sixth chapter is the conclusion and future research directions. The full text of a summary, and points out the research limitations, the research direction in the future.The article put forward the strategy of knowledge management influence factors of the conceptual model, and the influence factors for empirical research, the implementation of enterprise knowledge management, the right to choose their own development strategies of knowledge management, has certain reference significance.
