With the information times coming, enterprise strategy has been in the center ofmanagement areas and strategic win has become the bright character of modernenterprise competition. As an important part of management system, performancevaluation must adapt to the transformation of management trend, we must establishscientific and effective evaluation indexes centering on the strategy.From the role that performance evaluation plays in strategy management, the paperintroduces the background of strategy performance evaluation. The author analyzes advantages and disadvantages ofseveral mature strategic performance evaluation models, such as EVA, the balancedscorecard, performance pyramid, which contributes to inherit advantages and putforward a new set of performance evaluation indexes.
