In the new century, China began to face a serious problem : the ageing of the populationcrisis. Our national living standard will get a great impact because of the rapid ageing. Byeconomic development , Chinese socialist construction has entered a new era, rural economicdevelopment and improve the living standards of residents have become our current problems.It need to be resolved with the building of new socialist rural economic and national society.So Chinese rural endowment problems has important significance. Chinese rural socialendowment insurance system after 20 years of development in the rural population ageingtrends and the impact of factors such as changes in the family structure, their development hasbeen lagging behind in socio-economic development. In the ageing of the population andsocio-economic development of the dual pressures of the rural old-age insurance systemreform is to explore new forms of rural social endowment insurance, as well as thedevelopment path of the dual economic structure protection made choice is highly theoreticaland practical significance. This took a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, applied researchdata and statistics, to be supplemented by standard proof. The full text is divided into fiveparts : the first part of the system introduced in the rural old-age insurance system needreform. It about our rural residents and the status of various pension manner. Two majorissues from the perspective of the theory of China's rural endowment insurance public identity,and efforts to find a suitable way to provide our rural old-age insurance products. Part four introduced several distinct representative national rural old-age insurancesystem, which summed up the experience and lessons presented instructive. Part five to theageing of our population and social background of business combining old-age insurancesystem for system design, introduced a system suited to China's national conditions of ruralreality concept, and commercial insurance companies in the rural areas to carry out the workof the pension insurance reform proposal.
