Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Supply Chain Core Corporate

The development trend of economy in the 21st century is that the competition between corporations is replaced by that between supply chains (abbr. SC). We take corporation into consideration of the integral SC, that is, performance evaluation not only involves the internal performance, but also particular external performance in the circumstance of SC, which is our original intention. Since manufacturing industry remains a mainstay of civil economy and the importance of research on manufacturing industry, we choose the core corporation in a typical manufacturing supply chain as the individual corporation.This paper focuses on manufacturing corporations and analyses the characteristics of the core corporation in SC, according to which we select indexes. Based on the research about performance evaluation theory and analysis of current typical evaluation systems, we combine with the characteristics of performance evaluation about the core corporation in SC, therefore we select indexes from six perspectives: financial, internal business process, learning and growth, customer, comprehensive supply chain and social responsibility. Statisting frequency count and theory analysis approach is adopted, and former research results as well as some approaches used by industrial community are our statistical object. Combing with the characteristics of Chinese manufacturing corporations, we screen indexes and finally set up the indexes system. Then aiming at part of non-market factors Chinese corporations faced, we analyze impacts of these factors have on the performance of core corporation in SC and amend certain important indexes in order to better reflect its performance. In the end, we combine AHP with Delphi Method as our analysis approach to amend the weight of each index and form the performance evaluation system, which is proved by the given case.
