The research subject came from the consideration of the important strategy based on the development of national economy. Integration between the high-tech and the innovation of Customer Value can actually support association between strong enterprises, become the important way and means to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education .The paper proceeded from the analysis of course of history and existing condition of the development of high technology, found the major problems in the development of high technology at the moment,and phased in the main content of the research subject------the integrationbetween the high-tech and the innovation of customer value from the angle from which we can find the important way to solve the above problems. The paper has discussed the necessity of the integration, implemented an omni-directional and multilevel analysis of the course, features , ways and economic effects of the integration, finally put forward the policy suggestions to be related to the research subject.The paper exerted qualitative analysis ways and quantitative analysis ways at the same time ,adopted some diagram and statistics to explain or seal the conclusion, and introduced game theory, cost-profit analysis and mathematics analysis to the research. To a certain degree, the paper has innovated in the research way and research content.
