The housing problem is one of the key problems that relates to the people to live happily, the continuously stable development of the economy in the housing problem-solving quality direct influence nation. But the core of the housing problem is the building price problem, the building price problem has already become the focus that the whole country up and down concern. In the last few years, the building price level of China soars continuously. The building price problem has already affected the social diapason, Therefore, the government officials, economics expert, the real estate industry insider and consumer draw in the big theory war that rises to fall to the real estate market and the building prices in succession.According to the data that provide from 《Chongqing Statistical yearbook》 , this project analyzes for 1990-2004 years the development of Chongqing estate and the relation of support and demand;Analyzing the main reason that estate price rises,the correlativity of estate price and the rate of commercial house that is not sell, the correlativity of estate price and residents' income, the correlativity of the ratio of estate investment to GDP and sale price index;using gray associated analysis method evaluate estate price for 2001-2004 years in Chongqing,the result is that the estate price of 2001-2002 years is moderate,and the estate price of 2001-2002 years is appreciably on the high side.This project appoints out that the main problem about estate in Chongqing,and Putforward the suggestion at last.
