A Study On The Relationship Of Human Resource And Region Economy

The appearance of the northeastern old industry base strategy shows the northeast region will become another economical increasing region in China, the function of every factor especially the human resource in economical increasing region is obvious. As the main path that promotes the economical increasing, human resource is not an empty conception, but it is a series of economic procession. For this, we can make the quantitative economical analysis in order to control the human resource more accurately. On the base of this background, the article takes Dalian and Changchun for example and analyzes the present condition and existent problem between the human resource and region economy .First, the article introduces the study background and meaning, second, it introduces the function that the different factors especially human resource is how to affect economical increasing, third, it introduces the present condition and existent problem of human resource in Dalian and Changchun, and analyzes the correlation of the region economical development and human resource , at the same time compares the unsuitable factor between them. Finally, it puts forward the human resource strategy to promote the region economical development.The creative point of this article is to take Dalian and Changchun as the research object, contrast and analyze the correlation between the region economic development and the human resource, establish the economical statistics model, and conclude the human resource strategy that can push the region economical development and the human resource.
