Research Of Operation Mode Of Quality Chain And The Cooperation Mechanism Among The Members

In supply chain, all participant enterprises are involved in the processes of product development, manufacture, transportation, distribution and service. So, quality of products and service are jointly assured by all members. Traditional theories and methods of quality management, which mainly focus on internal quality activities of an enterprise, are inadequate in terms of quality collaboration and cooperation between enterprise .Therefore, there is a need to develop a new paradigm of quality management and quality collaboration among participant enterprises of supply chain.The paper use the systemic research method, ensure the research aims, criterion the boundary of the research content, conceive the theoretic system frame of the quality chain and analyses it's operational process, which is a beneficial attempt to quality management paradigm of virtual enterprise in future. It develops supply chain based quality management theories and methods and provides guidelines to support enterprises in implementing total quality management throughout its supply chain, mainly include hereinafter content.The paper first analyses the environment that the enterprise in, starting from the needs of the environment for the theory, aims at the alliance of the enterprises cooperate manufacturing, deeply analyses the traits of the node of the supply chain's needs for the quality management, make a tempt to put forward the philosophy of the cooperate quality management , quality chain management and the traits and connotation of the quality in the environment of quality chain .The second chapter researches the operation pattern of the quality chain, first analyses the shortcoming of the traditional enterprises'quality cooperate pattern ,based on these, put forward the quality operation pattern on the information flat, and analyses the mainly four courses: plan, do, control, test and mend in the quality operation course, and deeming the important status of the core enterprise. The third chapter particularly analyses the different courses of quality chain, introduces the quality management traits in the process of the forming of quality, includes quality forecasting, designing and emboldening, manufacturing and after service and using course, put forward the alliance structure in different courses and emphasizes the core enterprises'important function.
