The studies on inbound market pay great attention on Euro-America, Japan, Korea, and Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, little attention on Oceania market in China. As an important and potential intending market, Oceania tourists market develops rapidly and has been the very important inbound market in China in recent years. Asia has always been the important tour destination for Oceania tourists. Mysterious Chinese culture attracts the Oceania and the drumbeating that China is a safety island for tourists is popular accepted by the Oceania. Thus more and more Oceania travel association and company choose China as their conference tour and promotional tour destination. China had been the most popular promotional tour destination, which was choosing through the readers' appraisal of the Quorum, famous conference and promotional journal in Australia in 2001. Study on Oceania tourists' behavior has great theoretic and practical significance to further develop Oceania market.Based on the item of National Natural Science Found named "research on the tourists' behavior mode of inbound tourists in China" , the paper found the Oceania behavior mode and the conditional factors through many ways, such as such as psychology test survey, statistics, behavior intent map and expert assistant decision-making, etc. The paper makes an overall and meticulous study on decision-making, space-time dynamic pattern, consumption preference, the cultural mutual behavior mode, travel cogitation and evaluation mode of Oceania tourists.The paper divides into nine parts.The first part is introduction.
