A Study On The Natural Gas Purification Process Hazards Analysis And Risk Warning Management Mode

The raw material and semifinished products that involved in the process of naturegas purification are highly flammable and toxically harmful, which could easily lead toexplosion or poisoning accidents, and therefore, take a heavy toll of our society, thus,made adequate preventive works aganist accidents, accurate diagnoses and discoveriesof hidden dangers, and improvements in safety management appear to be extremelyimportant.Taking one natural gas purification plant as research subject, this paper hasstructured a model of process hazard analyzing and pre-warning management of naturegas purification by the method of HAZOP analysis, based on the theoretical foundationof process safety and satety pre-warning management, aiming at effective controlling onoperative deviation and process exception in the procedure of nature gas purification,which will constantly monitor the activities of production, and then provide theoreticaland technical supports to prevent and reduce accident. The specific contents are asfollowing:(1) Combining with the specific process of nature gas purification, the method ofHAZOP, which helped forming meaningful deviation with proper guide words andprocess parameters, identifying existing deviation of installations.(2) According to the results of HAZOP analysis as well as the current situation ofnature gas purification safety management, the primary equipments and key parametersthat need to be monitored in the process units have been comfirmed, furthermore, theexception handling standards and emergency disposal procedures have also been putforward and structured.(3) Taking standardization of exception handling as understructure, prewarningmanagement system has been built from two aspects as prewarning analysis of onlineproduction and regular inspection management, based on which, the workflows frompost personnels to functional departments will be bonded together. Besides, theprewarning system also can provide real-time monitoring on operating parameters andstates of equipments, which will not be intervened when the monitoring results arenormal, but will be rectified by post personnels guided by standard procedures ofexception handling if the results are out of lines. Additionally, when the accidenthappens, it also can be immediately handled by post personnels according to standardprocedures of emergency disposal until it takes a turn for the normality and out of danger. Furthermore, the safety measures that used in the process of exception handlingand emergency disposal will be saved in the system, whose immunity against thesituation of exception and emergency could be incredibly enhanced after a long timeaccumulation.
