The evolving trend of economic globalization is a distinct characteristic of our time, the human resource has become the core competition. More corporations attract employees and retain them by competitive wage system. Job evaluation technique is the one way to solve the question. Job evaluation is one of the most important techniques used in human resource management. It can be used in evaluating the comparative value between jobs and taken as the basis to build up classes and steps of allowance and wage. Job description is the groundwork for HR, which is the key and should be given top priority. As a direct effect or consequence, internally equitable depends on job description, which level directly influence the feeling of employees. In this paper, we take Heilongjiang JS group Co.ltd. for example, systematic analysis the problems existing in job evaluation, and we take the method of AHP-fuzzy to appraise the relative value of every position, and to establish the validity of this method. By using of job evaluation, makes the salary system of JS group to be effect, and validates the plan of this paper.The thesis puts forward a corresponding appraisal measure:AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The thesis sets forth importantly the structure and the math's theory of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; and then, progressing example-demonstrated, explicating the application and maneuverability of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in job appraisal and performance appraisal.
