Currently, there are still two conflicts about human resources management of the hotel to resolve:the one problem is the employee shortage on the peak and the employee idle on the daily, the another is the human cost and high quality service. Domestic hotels although have adopted many ways to solve these two problems, but the effect is not obvious. On the basis of solving employees idle, ensuring the employees demand on the peak; On the basis of controlling the human cost, providing high quality services---These are the purpose of this research. At the same time, the tourism (hotel) professional education of our country exists the lack of practice teaching. How to provide more opportunities for tourism (hotel) management professional students, how to improve their practice skills---This is another purpose. This paper is based on the above two problems, and puts forward the solution ---- employee outsourcing.The paper takes the hotel managers and tourism (hotel) management professional students as research objects and uses the research methods of interview and questionnaires. From the view of-supply and demand, this paper makes research on the demand and desire of hotels to employee outsourcing, the supply condition of the labour market and their desire.Based on the results, this paper analyses whether there is the balance of supply and demand, and discusses its realization ways and obstacles. This thesis is divided into six parts, as follows:Part1:This part mainly states the research background and significance of this study. Then this part summarizes the relevant research developments of human resource outsourcing.Part2:This part defines the relevant concepts and explains the basic theory of human resource outsourcingPart3:This part is the study design.It states the research route and also illustrates the research contents, research framework and research methods. Part4:This part is the key part of the thesis and it is about the concrete analysis of the paper. This part is mainly to interview the hotel managers and the human resources manager and make the questionnaire survey on labor market. Through interview, getting the related information about employee outsourcing of hotels, and making the qualitative analysis to the information. Through the questionnaire survey to labour market, getting the relevant supply information, and making quantitative analysis to the information. Based on the results, this paper analyses the balance condition between supply and demand.Part5:This part is about the advice to the realization of employee outsourcing. It puts forward the implement way of the employee outsourcing---establishing the special talent intermediary organization between hotels and students. It also expounds the probable obstacles.Part6:The last part of the thesis is about the conclusions. The part summarizes the conclusions of this research. And finally this part introduces some shortages and solutions of this research.
