In China, the popularization process of tourism industry has just begun and tourism has just changed into daily consumables from luxuries, so the economy hotels develop quickly and their market prospects are broad. Since Rujia hotel being listed in NASDAQ Stock Market of America, the investment of economy hotels spread all over the country, showing the tendency of dramatic development. However, due to the aimless imitation, many investments are irrational, and things which are harmful to the investors'benefits even local images are happening.It's believed that only the investment feasibility research is done prior to investing, can the investment profits be ensured. Hence, in order to guarantee the investors'profits and avoid aimless imitation, it is necessary to do far-reaching research about the investment feasibility of the economy hotels. At present, though many scholars at home and abroad have done many researches about the economy hotels, there are comparatively fewer researches about investment feasibility.This paper analyses those relative research references about the economy hotels at home and abroad, and through this analysis, it puts forwards the theoretical framework of the research about the investment feasibility of the economy hotels. This paper also analyses a series of ways of investment decision, providing a referential case for the research of the investment feasibility of the economy hotels. Through these researches, we can get following conclusions:When doing research about the investment feasibility of the economy hotels, it is necessary to do the researches carefully about market investment environment, market competitive situation, time to market, market positioning, market location before investment under the premises of full understanding of the connotations and features of the economy hotels. Meanwhile, it is necessary to consider the investment cost and the investment profit so as to choose the reasonable investment plan. The final decision should be made after carefully considering the investment risks and risk precaution as well as other factors.After offering the theoretical framework, this paper, taking the investment feasibility research of the Huanghe Shuiyuan hotel of Kaifeng for example, does a case research. Through this research, it gets final scientific and practical conclusions, providing a basis for those investors to make the investment decisions.The innovating points of this paper lie in that it does some systematic researches about the investment feasibility of the economy hotels, and that it formulates a set of operable theories and applies them to the investment feasibility research of Huanghe Shuiyuan hotel of Kaifeng. Through analysis, the investment feasibility can be judged.
