| Exploitation and utilization of rural human resource has been the key of solving the problems of villagers, countryside and agriculture, improving overall quality of rural laborer and promoting the sustainable development of China's rural economic. The problems of exploitation and utilization of rural human resource in East China have its own features, and an effective development model hasn't been built yet. Studying and exploiting the model of exploitation and study of rural human resource in East China reasonably has far-reaching meaning to industrial restructuring and rural economic development in East China. Studying the model of exploitation and utilization of rural human resource in Eastern China can improve the level of labor quality and the utilization ratio of labor resource. It has the profound significance to the adjustment of industrial structure in East China and the development of rural economic.In this paper, studies on the model of exploitation and utilization of rural human resource in Eastern China are carried out with the method of documentary research, comparative analysis and combing quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The paper defines the range of Eastern China, human resource and exploitation of rural human resource. And then, it studies the experience of educational exploitation and transference exploitation abroad according to domestic and international theoretical research and benefits from it.(2) The paper analyses the present conditions and problems of the development of rural human resource in Eastern China according to educational exploitation and transference exploitation.(3) The paper builds the model of educational exploitation and the model of transference exploitation of rural human resource in Eastern China and makes positive analysis of the two models.(4) The paper offers a policy proposal about the building of the model of exploitation of rural human resource in Eastern China. |
