The Promoting Mechanism And Evaluating Study On The Core Competence Of Manufacturing Enterprise

In the new period, global economic integration accelerated. At the same time, enterprises are acquiring more developing opportunities as well as facing with a more changeable and complex market environment. Enterprise core competence is the key for them to maximize interests and achieve sustainable development from economic globalization. The study of it has just started in recent years, no less than the study on manufacturing Enterprise core competence, and the study of the latter is still not perfect in theory. In response to these problems, this thesis uses methods of inductive and deductive analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and so on to carry out the study in order to provide a theoretical basis and the policy-making reference for making enterprises improve and evaluating core competence based on the in-depth understanding essence of the manufacturing enterprises core competence. Specifically, the full text mainly includes research contents as follows:Firstly, this thesis clarifies the basic concepts of manufacturing enterprises, defines core competence's essence and features of manufacturing enterprises according to the characteristics of it, and then analyses core competence's elements and structure of it.Secondly, this paper analyses promoting mechanism of manufacturing enterprises core competence. The paper expounds the importance of dynamic management of manufacturing enterprises core competence from the life cycle of development of it, this thesis also analyses manufacturing enterprises core competence by making use of system dynamics based on the analysis of dimension promoting of manufacturing enterprise core competence, then clarifies the promoting process of manufacturing enterprise core competence and finally this paper constructs promoting model according to enterprise information and knowledge management.Next, it studies the evaluation of manufacturing enterprise core competence, focuses on the selection of index system and the construction of evaluation model based on the clarified basic process of manufacturing enterprise core competence, then it constructs evaluation model of manufacturing enterprise core competence according to catastrophe theory and launches an empirical study.Finally, this paper presents some related measures of how to improve manufacturing enterprise core competence from technology, management, marketing, culture and other aspects.
