With the sustaining development of global economy, and consider more and more seriously domestic and international competition, most companies and enterprises start to pay more and more attention on develop and improve the whole competition strength of itself. And human resources is the one of the key factors to ensure advance enterprise competition strength, and it is as one of the most important resources for company development. But performance appraisal is in a determined placement. An effective performance appraisal can provide the feedback for employees works, can help them to maintain the advantages and correct the disadvantages, can improve their capacities and personal qualities. Meanwhile, it can help to establish cultivation mechanism. And the result of performance appraisal is very important to employee promote, rewards and punishment etc.This paper is written based on relative performance appraisal theories, and based on the current performance appraisal status of Dalian Sikai company, analyze it from production, sales, management and technical people, and make a statement for existing problems, which places need to be improved, and provide a totally new 360 degree performance appraisal system finally. At the same time, it provides the measures and advice for existing problems udder operation process.During the design process of performance appraisal, as per suggestions and advices from human resource experts, the new design is based on actual status of Dalian Sikai company, and mainly is people-oriented. During the 360 degree performance appraisal operation process, it is solved existing problems of the company primarily, and make a good reference to other similar status companies.
