As the rapid development of the information technology and economic globalization, , the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. The traditional ways of production and work in business can no longer meet the market demand, in such form, the virtual team as a new form of organization have come into being.In the process of the virtual team management and working, knowledge-sharing throughout the entire life cycle of virtual teams, therefore, knowledge-sharing has become a key issue of virtual team management. This application of game theory in knowledge sharing in virtual teams,virtual teams from each of the main aims of non-cooperation and cooperation between the angle of the virtual team knowledge sharing.The use of game theory in this paper the theory of knowledge sharing in virtual teams is a process of analysis: virtual team knowledge sharing of non-cooperation in Prisoner's Dilemma Game, virtual team knowledge sharing synergies under the Cooperative Game.Take two members of a virtual team of knowledge sharing as an example in game analysis, introduce the similar factor of knowledge sharing in the analysis processing.Virtual team of knowledge sharing of non-cooperative game is characterized by cooperation difficult to achieve, this just shows the characteristics of the prisoner's dilemma, namely individual interest than groups.Virtual team knowledge sharing cooperative game analysis concluded that the synergistic effect of the stimulation of cooperation could be reached. This shows that the cooperative game analysis of the characteristics of that group interest than individual interest.Finally,This paper presents a virtual team to achieve the elements of knowledge sharing, and uses elements in examples, fully illustrates the effectiveness of the elements, so that make members better cooperation to achieve knowledge sharing.The paper concluded: Virtual Team Game knowledge sharing synergies derived enhanced synergy synergy value and multiply the value of team members can contribute to virtual team of knowledge sharing. Virtual team in achieving knowledge sharing, to strengthen synergies incentive, each member will be chosen knowledge-sharing, the value of synergies to achieve synergy and multiplier value basis.
