T Port in north China is the largest comprehensive port, container logistics center of north China's largest container logistics base, internal radiation economic hinterland including Beijing, T and the central and western regions of the 14 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, a wide range of external links. T Binhai New Area as the implementation of national strategies, T Port as advanced facilities, perfect function, management science, operational efficiency, environmentally friendly and civilized modern international deep water port; the same time as for Northeast Asia, radiation container hub port in West Asia, China backbone of the North's largest bulk cargo port, the largest bonded harbor the highest degree of openness, the Bohai Sea region's largest comprehensive port, a world-class port, T's economic development, revitalization of regional economy and make greater contributions.This research work done as follows:(1) Based on the profile of T port, status, development strategies, organizational structure, to investigate and analyze the status of human resources of T Port, T Port virtual functions in detail the personnel professional structure, age structure, education structure, hierarchy, in this basis T Port on the status of human resources and talent management status.(2) Defined by human resources, human resources planning, content, views the process of resource planning as a theoretical basis in Chapter 3, on top of this detailed description of the T Port human resources planning study of the urgency and necessity, significance. And talents in the professional capacity of T Port is described based on established professional capacity of T Port talent evaluation model, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was evaluated.(3) Grey prediction model and use of improved BP neural network prediction model, with 2000-2008 personnel data on the basis of T Port, T Port's talent supply and demand is predicted, and the results analyzed.(4) Talent supply and demand in the T Port predictions, the proposed overall goal of the T Port human resources, structural target. Human resources strategy and the implementation of the T Port has been studied, that the port personnel through innovative institutional mechanisms to strengthen the port personnel to introduce and exchange, and promote the coordinated development of talents such as talent strategy will contribute to the implementation of the T Port.
