Tourist city in Coastal economic zone in Liaoning Province consists of Dalian,Panjin,Dandong,Jinzhou,Yingkou,Huludao and so on, in which tourism Resources are various and widely distributed. Over the past decade, walking, traveling, food, housing, entertainment and shopping which are called six areas involved in tourism have been to develop. Among these areas, the core industries tourism such as travel, tourist accommodation, tourism catering, tourist transport, tourism entertainment, tourism attractions and travel shopping are mature little by little.The development goal of tourism in Liaoning coastal economic zone is to create a tourism industry which can be named as romantic city, beach island, theme park, mountain river scene or border style by the advantages of coastal, along and border, so that they can make the tourism into a new economic growth and make it be one of the key Industries which are the most dynamic and fastest-growing in service. The cities in Liaoning coastal economic zone know little about economic drive effect of cruise economy. Firstly, they don not have the development policy and planning of cruise economic. Secondly, the serious deficiencies in infrastructure for developing cruise economy. Thirdly, cruise industry chains are not yet formed and the market potential are not yet mining.In order to make the tourism in Liaoning coastal economic zone develop healthy and orderly and to make the economy of Liaoning coastal economic zone in society sustainable development, this article points out the issue about the contributing to the development opportunities of tourism in Liaoning coastal economic zone by the cruise economic development, proposes the issue about the contributing to the development of tourism in Liaoning coastal economic zone by the cruise economic development, studies the issue about the interaction between the development of tourism in coastal and the development of cruise economic, and analysis the issue about the effects on cruise economic by tourism in coastal zone.Through this study can it contributes to enhancing the international reputation of Liaoning, promoting the development of tourism in Liaoning coastal economic zone, driving the economy of Liaoning and promoting its local industry and the macro-guidance to cruise economic and tourism in coastal economic zone.
