Study On The Public Goods Supplying System Of Country-Level Government In Impoverished Areas Of East China

The impoverished areas of East China are located in the developed areas of China and have the similar characters in economy development and living standard with the impoverished areas in West China which has long been in poverty and backwardness. Public goods supplied by country-level government include public goods that are needed in town and country areas. The public goods supplying of country-level government is the linking bridge between urban and rural areas, it would enhance the economy development, improve population quality and enable these areas to boost gradually.Supplying of public goods in impoverished areas of East China is inefficient currently; This was profoundly manifested in the following ways:the public goods are undersupplied; the giant gap between urban and rural areas and so on. The government is the only organization in supplying; Information asymmetry between government and civilians; lacking of supervising system are the reasons for inefficient supplying.
