Research On The Performance Evaluation Of State-owned Enterprises' Knowledge Management

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has already been one of the key resources for the enterprises. More and more scholars and enterprise managers think much of knowledge management. Because of the importance and its unquantifiable, the performance evaluation, as one of the nucleus research questions, has been the hotspot of the field of research of knowledge management. As the backbone of our countries'national economy, the advancement and development of state-owned enterprises must affect the direction of the whole level of our countries'economy. So, the changing of the management modes of state-owned enterprises in the era of knowledge economy is imperative. And the performance evaluation, one of the difficult points of knowledge management of state-owned enterprises, also has becoming more important and prominent.This essay is mainly focus on the performance evaluation of state-owned enterprises'knowledge management.
