| With the development of international economy and the continuous strengthening of global communication, the competition among the ports aggravates increasingly. With the expansion of the port function, the range of the port competitiveness changes rapidly. Under this circumstance, the research on the port competitiveness becomes especially important. On the basis of summarized the research achievements about port competition, this paper use the theory of system dynamics to research and established the port survival and development power system with the idea of modern system science. Then, the paper analysis the machanism between the system structure elements, do a in-depth simulation research for the port competition with the system modeling and simulation technologies and gain avaluable achievements.First, on the basis of the theory of port competitiveness, combining the situation of the port competiton the paper summarized three typical modes of port competitiveness:supply chain competitive mode with the port as the core, port competitive mode based on the multimodal transport, port competitive mode based on competition-collaboration relationshiphe of the regional economic.Secondly, combining with the theory of system dynamics the paper establish the port survival and development power systems with analyzed the relationship between port natural conditions, port operating environment, port management level, port infrastructure conditions, port shipping status and port competitiveness.Thirdly, through the research to the factors of affecting port competitiveness, the paper analyzed the feedback machanism between various complicated factors, constructed the system's SD causes and effects relational graph, reveals the quantity relationship between factors, established the flow graph and mathematical equations of the port survival and development power systems. Finally, the paper established simulation model of the port survival and development power systems useing the system simulation technology and do the simulation test by the related data of the major port. The result show that the most effect for competitiveness is port utilization rate, the port utilization rate need to maintain in a reasonable range, high utilization rate reflects port through ability cannot satisfy port transload, low utilization rate reflects the goods supplied by the hinterland is not sufficient. In both cases, port competitiveness will decline. |
