As the global economy rapid developping today, knowledge workers have become an important group which can not be ignored. The knowledge and skills they have can provide the necessary protection for enterprises to survival and develop in the intense competition. So the management of knowledge workers has become an important management direction, it needs corporates pay enough attention in all aspects of their work. Work and family are the most important aspects for employees, because work can maintain the necessary material support, and family can provide emotional support. Therefore, a good effective coordination between work and family has become an important part of workers' lives, especially for knowledge workers. Job satisfaction is the general attitude held by workers, it is based on work environment, organizational climate, compensation and benefits. Modern enterprise managers undoubtedly have extraordinary significance to improve knowledge workers'job satisfaction, and to improve their work performance.This paper manily studies the correlations among work-family relatinoship of knowledge workers, job satisfaction and work performance.lt can Provide some enlightenments for the management of knowledge workers.This study first described the background, purpose and meaning of this research, then reviewed the results of recent studies about this study, using survey methods, collected the date among work-family relationship, job satisfaction and work performance, analyzed the date to verify the relationship between the variables, which reached the following conclusions:1.The work-family conflict of knowledge workers included time-based conflict, strain-based conflict and behavior-based conflict, the work-family facilitation of knowledge workers included development facilitation, affect faciliattion and capital facilitation.2. The knowledge workers'work-family conflict and job satisfaction was significantly negatively correlated, work-family facilitation and job satisfaction were positively related,and work-family facilitation had a more marked influence on job satisfaction than work-family conflict. 3. The knowledge workers' job satisfaction included internal satisfaction,external satisfaction and general satisfaction, and these three components were positively related to work performance, so job satisfaction and work performance were also significantly correlated.4. The knowledge workers' work-family conflict and work performance was significantly negatively correlated, work-family facilitation and work performance were positively related,and work-family facilitation had a more marked influence on work performance than work-family conflict.5. Knowldege workers with different personal situations had different influence on work-family relationship, job satisfaction and work performance.Finally, this paper summarized the main conclusions of the study, and given some suggestions on the management of knowledge workers, then pointed out the shortcomings of this study and put forward the directions of relevant research.
