Since the concept of work family conflict (WFC) is presented, it has got public attention and research from more and more scholars. With the rapid development of China’s economic and the continued widespread of the two-income family structure, the problem of employee’s work family conflict is becoming increasingly prominent. As the knowledge workers are the subject of China’s main force generation, so when they aggravate the problem of work family conflict, it is bound to affect their subjective well-beings (SWB) and job performance (JP), thereby restricting the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, based on the researches of both China and foreign scholars, combined with Chinese background, this study discusses the relationships between the knowledge worker’s work family conflict, subjective well-beings and job performance and meanwhile researches the effects of social support for this mechanism. This study also provides a theoretical and practical value for alleviating knowledge worker’s work family conflict, improving subjective well-beings and job performance.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaires of 278 enterprise knowledge workers, the study got conclusions as follows:(1) There is a significant negative correlation between knowledge worker’s WFC and JP. Enterprise knowledge worker’s WFC and F-WC has a significant negative influence on JP, but the W-FC has not.(2) There is a significant negative correlation between knowledge workers’WFC and SWB. Enterprise knowledge workers’WFC and F-WC has a significant negative influence on SWB, but the W-FC has not.(3) Knowledge worker’s SWB plays a partial mediating role between WFC and JP. Knowledge worker’s SWB plays a partial mediating role in the relation of WFC, F-WC and JP, while between W-FC and JP did not.(4) Social support plays a moderating role between knowledge worker’s WFC and JP. Social support plays a moderating role between knowledge worker’s WFC,F-WC and JP, but between W-FC and JP did not.(5)Social support does not play a moderating role between the enterprise knowledge worker’s WFC, including W-FC and F-WC, and SWB.
