Being as a strategic management control system indispensable means and methods, Performance management has been concerned by more and more electricity companies. An enterprise to succeed, not only to ensure the reliability of process performance and organizational strategy for the successful design of its performance management system, establish a core competence to enhance the performance management system. Performance management results directly affect the enterprise development strategy implement, enterprise production operation of norms, employee motivation and creative play and the formation of enterprise culture. However, the modern enterprise performance management process, performance, lack of scientific validity of methods and systems for comprehensive, standards of performance appraisal system suited, improper performance appraisal procedures, performance and utilization of the results difficult to assess the question has been plagued by managers, limits Development and growth of enterprises.
