Study On Optimization Of Z Electric Power Company’s Performance Appraisal

. As one of the most important human resource management tool, for most of the modern Enterprise, performance management is the most important factor to execute the company strategic and keep the Enterprise running with high efficiency. Specially for power supply companies, along with the nationalized enterprise reform, it is important and positive to implement the requirement from national Central enterprises on how to create a good performance assess system.In 2015, The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the state Council released <Opinions about deepening the reform for supply system >, it pointed out the power resource will be allowed for selling to the society capital step by step. That means the new supply system reform will be started. In the meanwhile, it requested higher requirement to the internal management of power supply enterprise in order to adapt the changed situations. Actually, The current power supply company is changing the human resource managing style from traditional concept to modern style. Base on the background of power supply system reform, the performance management became more and more important on how to motivate the Subjective initiative and Enthusiasm of the employees result in the improvement of the enterprise internal management level. At present, Z power supply Company is under the performance management changing and improving stage, although it owned the basic concept of performance management, but still has many shortages of the implementation system.In the thesis, we will study the organization performance management system in Z Company, by using case study method, collect the relative data, so that the major problems can be found out. In the meantime, we will review relevant Literatures, base on the theories investigation, figure out the way to improve the performance management of Z Company as well as to increase the competitiveness of Z Company.
