Virtual cell manufacturing has become the development trend of modern advancedproduction organization way, especially to improve large complex sheet small batchproduction enterprise production flexible. At present constructing and scheduling unit ofvirtual manufacturing methods have been some studies. But due to the virtual cell has thecharacteristics of complexity, and the number of resources are often limited, when there aremultiple cells in parallel condition, it can appear resource conflict phenomenon betweencells. Yet resource conflict detection and solving research on virtual cell is very fewresources conflict resolution can effectively avoid unnecessary anticipated delay time.Virtual cell is logical manufacturing cell at the same time. Conflict resolution can avoidduring the process of production organization chaotic phenomenon, and effectivelyimprove the efficiency of resource utilization. So, according to the theory of Bayesiannetwork and key chains, we research the virtual unit production existing in the testingmethod of resource conflict and conflict resolution strategy, based on the resource conflictsin virtual cell presents the new characteristics of production conditions.We summarizes the characteristics of virtual unit and further analyses thecharacteristics of virtual unit resource conflicts and its causes based on the relatedtheoretical basis and the research status of Virtual cell at home and abroad. We put forwardthe resource conflict detection method based on Bayesian networks based on Bayesiannetwork learning and researching. The method of numerical examples proves theeffectiveness of the proposed detection method. Because of that there is little research onresource conflict of resolution virtual cell. This paper draws on multiple projects in parallelunder the condition of resource conflict resolution research train of thought, combiningwith the characteristics of virtual cell resource conflict, using the theory of critical chainand buffer etc, in human resources and equipment resources under resource constraints. Weresolve conflict and improve resources utilization efficiency as the goal. We detect resourceconflict to carry on the effective solution, and analysis have been carried out to verify theresults of digestion, confirmed the resolution strategy can efficiently solve the resourceconflicts of multiple virtual units in parallel.In this paper, shipyard production problems are analyzed to facilitate virtual cell inships and other large sheet small batch production enterprises, combined with thecharacteristics of the enterprises and the status of the resources, the application of theproduction mode of virtual unit into the enterprise. We detect the conflict of multiple virtualcell resource conflicts existing in the application of Bayesian network and use the resourcesconflict resolution strategy based on critical chain to solve the conflict. Finally has carriedon the analysis and evaluation, the result of the resolution of resource efficiency andshipyard plans are compared. Witness simulation system is used to buffer consumptionsituation. It proves that the result is the reliable.
