Study On The Land Use Structure Optimization In Alxa Zuoqi

This article analyzes land use structure in Alxa Zuoqi and makes the optimal land use structure with the establishment of the optimization model, then protection measures are proposed for the implementation of the optimization scheme.MAPGIS is used to process the status map to analyzes land use status in Alxa Zuoqi and with the 1996-2008 land use change datas aslo the land use change range,land use change rate,land use degree,land use information entropy to analyze the land use structure and the spatial and temporal variation of it.Overall,agricultural land area decreased,construction land increased every year and little change of unused land during 1996-2008 in Alxa Zuoqi;Land use structure entropy increased gradually, indicating that land use system evolved to relatively disordered state,and land use structure equilibrium degree increased year by year, land use dominance was in declined trend, indicating that land use structure are more equilibrium in Alxa Zuoqi.Based on economic and social development,combined with land use planning strategy, according to the process of land use structure optimization model design,with the objective of maximizing economic efficiency,this paper establishes land use structure optimization linear program model and the Lindo software is used to solve it.In optimization scheme the cultivated land area is 32587.79hm~2,garden 404.46 hm~2 and woodland 533666.02 hm~2, pasture 2413878.10 hm~2, other agricultural land 5294.89 hm~2,urban land 10984.52 hm~2, rural residential land 2852.19 hm~2, independent industrial and mining land 8284.79 hm~2, traffic land 4671.44 hm~2, water land 348.68 hm~2 and special land 256.21 hm~2.The optimization program not only satisfies the requirement of agricultural land for agricultural production development but also ensures the building construction needs for economic development,then achieves the harmonization of economic, social and ecological benefits.In order to ensure implementation of land use structure optimization program,farmland should be protected strengthenly to to achieve dynamic balance of total farmland;the scale of construction land should be determined rationally to improve land use efficiency;the land use structure and layout should be optimized to enhance the intensive level; ecological environment should be constructed strengthenly to heighten land use ecological benefits; modern technological means should be applied to realize the scientific and information land management.
