ABSTRACT:The transformation from resource-based enterprise logistics into social logistics is a complex task, it needs to be carried out in a plan and step by step. Analysis the logistics transformation cost can help organize the material, money and so on to be prepared for the project. The composition of the logistics transformation cost can be concluded from the analysis of the cost. It will prevent the occurrence of any kind of waste. Increase the efficiency and speed of the transformation and decrease the risk of the resource-based enterprise.On the basis of enterprise life circle approach and industry development theory, according to the present situation of resource-based enterprise logistics, the article proposes the concept of Cost of Logistics Transformation, explains in a systematical way its composition and the relationship among the elements of the transformation at different stages of the enterprises, and reveals the most desirable time and mode for the transformation.
