| Employee assistance program (EAP), as an effective way to help employees overcome their personal physical and mental health problems and help corporations decrease managment risk and improve employee relations, are prevailing in many western corporations It becomes an important way of modern human resource management and focused on by scholar inland.Through the current research reviews of EAP found that the domestic research of EAP has a huge gap compared with the scope and depth of research abroad, especially in empirical research. This article is from the research of the actual situation in China, analysis the EAP needs of employees in a sample company, and design an implementation program for the sample company; it can better meet the needs of employees and business realities.This XA Group selected as the research object. Through the interview study proposed hypotheses from a practical point of view, and distributed a questionnaire. At last 207 valid questionnaires were collected. Using the methods of variance and correlation analysis in SPSS statistical software, the hypotheses was proved by the survey results. The main research findings include:there is a certain correlation between employees'needs, demographic variables, and the EAP staff Employee awareness and feelings; employees'needs can be divided into four levels and seven dimensions. Finally, the analysis of the data from the EAP implementation based on the content, mode and steps and other aspects of XA Group provides a specific implementation program. |
