The Study On Low-carbon Tourism And Carbon Mitigation Measures

The global climate is undergoing a subtle change, human activity is causing a huge change in living environment. Human activities emit excessive greenhouse gases which has lead to globe warming,then sea level has rised, regional climate has changed,biodiversity plummeted, and so a series of chain reactions.The human race must attach importance to economic development and climate change.As the most comprehensive economic industry ,the tourism industry is closely related to environmental conditions.With the birth of low-carbon economy, low carbon-tourism has been widespread concern among the whole community.Developing low-carbon tourism is becoming the government, industry and even the tourist hot discussion topic.This paper digest and absorb the core concept of low-carbon economy,basing on the sustainable development of tourism ,the theory of recycling economy, ecological footprint theory and the decoupling theory,and systemic analyzes the concept of low-carbon tourism system, to determine the carbon footprint of the main tourism industry and put forward a low carbon-tourism responses.The main research contents are as follows:Part I: Introduction. This paper describes the topics of the background, research significance, research ideas and content, research methods and technical route, the main innovation points, etc;PartII: Domestic and foreign research development.
