With global climate changing to become warmer, the environment of human existence and development is becoming worse and worse, causing people to pay attention to the development of "low-carbon economy". The essence of "low-carbon economy" is enhancing energy utilization efficiency and creating clean energy structure as well as the core is technological innovation, system innovation and the change of development concept. This economic change will be infiltrated to logistics system. As a complex service industry, modern logistics system plays an important role in social environment of labor division and cooperation. It is the significant support of manufacturing industry and commercial industry and the important link between production and consumption. The emerging of information economy and network economy provides logistics system with new knowledge, technology and conception, promoting the scale development of logistics industry. However, with the increase of logistics amount and the change of logistics management and the maximization of logistics facilities, the influence on ecological environment by logistics system is becoming more and more obvious. The development of low-carbon economy has forced logistics enterprise to change current operational model. In recent years, an environment-friendly "low-carbon logistics" which aimed at energy conservation and consume reduction and controlling the carbon emissions strictly at all levels has emerged. So, how to develop "low-carbon logistics" is becoming an important subject faced by every logistics enterprise in the era of "low-carbon economy" combined with the development of logistics enterprise. It is not only the efficiency problem of logistics enterprise, but also the practical choice to develop low-carbon economy and construct an environment-friendly society of our country.This article puts forward some suggestions about low-carbon operational model of logistics enterprise and puts developing low-carbon logistics as the path of logistics enterprise on the basis of analyzing the current status and the problems of CNPL of Tianjin in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for logistics enterprises to perform low-carbon operation. Furthermore, we wish the "low-carbon logistics" can obtain more attention of government and enterprises.
