The training demand analysis of rural human resources is the premise of effective human resourcesdevelopment. Therefore,to develop the specialized agriculture,people should investigate the demand ofthe specialty agriculture human resources development major way–training. The Songyang teaindustry is an important pillar industry of Songyang county agriculture. Tea industry human resourcestraining needs analysis is significant for the continued development of Songyang conty.As to the inadequate training of human resources in the development of tea industry in Songyang,we analyse the Rural Human Resources status quo and training needs. And then,build a rural humanresource training system and propse feasible suggest to promote Songyang county tea industry.Research method is:interviewing method,for the key information people,tea processing factorydirector,salesmen;questionnaire method,for tea planting farmers,210households;empirical analysismethod, regression analysis of the survey results.Researchs conclusions and result:(1) The Songyang conty has briefly hold tea industry human resource training.Songyang countyhuman resource training has formed their own training idea:primary classification of the training tohousehold and workingmen.(2) Rural human resource training demand research is the premise for effective training andinfluence farmers’ training desire and techonology training effect.Through multi-logit analysis,reachthat: farmers age and fertilization techniques, selection of post-processing techniques is significantlypositive correlation; Whether served as village cadres have obviously positive preference of tea gardenrectification technology; Ever be middlemen in trade have obviously positive preferences of marketaccess to information technology; Planting area has obviously positive preferences of seedlingcultivation, fertilization technology, agricultural chemicals, agricultural machinery technology, marketinformation acquisition technology; Plantation age and seedlings cultivation technology, selection ofmarket access to information technology is significantly positive correlation; Non-farm income ratioand agricultural chemicals technology selection are significant negative correlation.(3) Through the investigation and analysis of the demand for human resources training, inaccordance with the existing problems, this paper presents the recommendations of the tea industryhuman resources training. Traing subject: government should value technical requirements, improve development methods, increase financial support; tea processing factory take part in training; salesmenimprove in concept improvement and participation;agricultural cooperatives need active guidance andparticipation. Training contents human resources training and development of the tea industry must payattention to training objects of planting process,work process and sales process.Based on the needs oftargeted training, improve trainin content.
