The urban low-rent housing plays an important role in the urban social security system. It is social welfare and security system ,which the government uses to solve the housing difficulties of low-income group in urban areas. China has large population , growing gap between rich and poor , which lead to housing difficulties of low-income group. It become crucial to solve the housing problems of low-income group in urban areas.At present, the way of distribution of low-rent housing is Yaohao or sortilege. Seemingly, the applicant accessing to affordable housing entirely which depends on his own luck is a fair thing. However, this way does not consider the applicant's difficulty, which may bring problem is that the most difficult families don't have to be match rent, resulting in unfair phenomena. According to apply for time queuing remains faces the same one. Therefore, it becomes an challenge to solve the fair of low-rent housing in the process of real match rent. Based on the analysis of low-cost distribution mechanism of developed country and Hong Kong area, it is set up the development direction of low-rent housing of real match rent. Retrospecting and analyzing the commonly used evaluation method, this paper chooses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluating this system. It set up a base for establishing evaluation model by founding the evaluation system of low-rent housing real match rent queuing. Combined with the characteristics of the object of study, it is set up the model of the real match in low-rent housing queuing system by analyzing the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix. And it is shown the effect in practical application through a case. By inputting the economic situation, family composition and applying time of the application into this model, it can be obtained with the ranking of these applications, which can solves the problem of distribution in real match rent of low-rent housing. At the end of the article, in consideration of the future development direction of low-rent housing system, it offers corresponding policy recommendations of the low-rent physical match rent mechanism in China.
