Housing security system is an important content of the whole social security system,various countries in the world paid high attention to this problem.18th CPC NationalCongress calls for a relatively perfect system of housing security, combined with themarket mechanism, and strengthen the construction of affordable housing and thesubsequent management, to meet the growing demand for families in need of housing. Thelow-rent housing is the core part of our country housing supply system among them,mainpurpose is to solve the problem of the housing needs of the lowest income families inurban areas.The development of low-cost housing in Hefei has been increasing rapidly in recentyears,but compared with the rapid development of low-rent housing construction, however,the subsequent management is comparatively lagging behind, there are many problems tobe solved. And Chinese scholars focus on little problems of low-rent housing propertymanagement, so it’s very urgent to study the property management of low-rent housing inHefei rightness and solve the lowest income family housing problem.This thesis takes low-rent housing property management in Hefei as the research,adopting the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,has madefurther research of the low-rent housing property management in Hefei: firstly, determine adefinition of housing property management, and through literature research, clarify thelow-rent housing property management related theory at home and abroad; Secondly,summarize reference and enlightenment of the low-rent housing property management inHefei which is based on practices of the United States, Japan, Singapore and otherdeveloped countries and regions. Thirdly, using the questionnaire survey to get a largeamount of data, analysis the low-rent housing property management quality by fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, get the four key factors affecting the quality of propertymanagement, summarizes the existing problems in the low-rent housing residentialproperty management according to the key factors; Finally, on the basis of the above, Putforward the countermeasures from four aspects including the laws,the government,property management companies and households In view of the existing problems.
