The Research On The Employees' Job Satisfaction Of Domestic Railway Enterprise

In this paper we choose employees' job satisfaction of domestic railway enterprises as the object of study, take the railway enterprises within Shijiazhuang city as an example, discussed the condition of employees' job satisfaction, seeking management problem that possiblely existed according to the satisfaction condition, providing effective method.We choose employees of domestic railway enterprise for sampling survey, through a number of channels, we totally issued 1000 copies of questionnaire of which 736 copies was recycled.As for the data, we use description statistics analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis,one-way ANOVA etc..At the beginning, we described the scores that each variable scored.And then, we use multiple regression analysis and correlate analysis to find the determinant factor that influenced the employees'job satisfaction. At last we use one-way ANOVA to check whether the personal variables have apparent differences in job satisfaction or not.According to the analysis, as for the railway enterprises within Shijiazhuang city, the employees' job satisfaction reached a middle degree, and the work rewords appeared to be the determinant factor, the personal variables' influence on job satisfaction proved to be apparent.At last, according to the results and the railway enterprise's characteristic, we suggest that:First, establish a salary system which is reasonable and fair enough; Second, the training system needs to be enhanced; Third, establish a promotion system of which the fair play is highly emphasize; Fourth, make a better prompt; Fifth, break through the old and self-contained system; And last, enhance soft environment.
