Safety Assessment And Analysis On Power Supply Enterprises

This paper summarizes security assessment request of the power supplyenterprises and reviews the developmenthistory of the analysis method. After analyzed the insufficiency ofthe existing assessment method, a new method namedpenalty assessment has been proposed.Firstly, this paper analyzes the factors, which influence the enterprise safety, and determines the degree of each assessment project in order to make it more conform to the real risk probability. Secondly, this paper proposes the power supply enterprise safety penalty assessment and models it. Thirdly, this paper defines the sensitivity,security region and security margin of the penalty assessment. Finally, it is more accurate to analyze the security of power supply enterprise by using the penalty assessment, reward assessment and dynami c assessment.
