Research Of Green Barriers Early-warning System Of Chinese Textile Export Against European Union

This paper analyzed the main reasons that the number of Green Barriers against China's textiles products initiated by EU has increased dramatically in recent years, on the basis of which, we constructs an Green Barriers early-warning model based on BP ANN to show and alert the trend of Green Barriers initiated by EU towards China when unusual changes appeared. This model is helpful when government and enterprise determined policies and took measures to defend themselves against the Green Barriers initiated by EU, controlled and reduced the number of Green Barriers, avoided and relieved the cost caused by Green Barriers.This paper is based on many domestic and international research findings. We constructed Green Barriers early-warning model of China's export textile products based on the state of China's textile trade and economy development index of the EU related trade. Then we use the model to forecast whether China's textile products will be initiated the Green Barriers and give early-warning signal. Examinations results indicate that the model is very validate.
