A Research On The Integration Plan Of Urban-Rural Construction Land-Use

For a long time, farmland protection and urbanization land-use growth have been considered as a contradiction.At present, the centralized management of urban-rural construction land-use under urban-rural coordination will provides some thought to solve the contradiction.The author mainly studies on the establishment of system for urban-rural land-use which based on the analysis of urban and rural land-use issues.Land-use is the key issues in China. Dual rural-urban structure, urbanization, population and land use are not synchronized; resulting in land protection and other issues is difficult to co-ordinate urban and rural construction land, construction land and farmland protection, contradiction, and so on. To this end, we propose an "integration plan" the idea of co-ordination of urban construction land-use were discussed. On the one hand the process of urbanization, urban construction and development of land needs; the one hand, the process of towns, villages, urban construction land in the normal use of the Perspective, urban and rural construction land use, the total integration of urban and rural construction sites, in order to achieve Town of population and land use change in the unity. In this goal, based on relevant concepts and research from home and abroad, explore the establishment of village development evaluation system integration, scientific and rational order of urban and rural construction land.
