Study On Supply Management System Based On Web Of Changqing Oil-Field Company

As the constant restructuring and reforming of Chinese petroleum enterprises, great change has taken place in the function and position of the specialized departments as the purchase, supply and management in the oil field. The existing management mode can't meet the needs of oil production and construction under the new situation, especially in little personnel, heavy workload, short purchase cycle, fast capital turnover and etc. All of these require the oil system to adopt the modern logistics management ideas and strengthen the construction of information system. We can make use of modern information technology to realize the synthesis management and distribution of logistics, funds flow and information flow. E-commerce material management system can enable enterprises to realize the centralized purchase, reduce the purchase cost, raise the speed of purchasing and strengthen the purchase control.Through the study and discuss on modern logistics and supply chain management, reconstructing procedure, the theories and methods relevant to e-commerce, this paper proposes the guidelines of constructing the logistics information system in Changqing Oil-Field. It introduces the work on optimizing and reconstructing the traditional business treatment procedure and seting up a whole set of new workflow which meets the mode of e-commerce, have carry on detailed analysis to the function that the information system should possess, according to the demands of supply chain management in Changqing Oil-Field. It particularly analyses the functions of information system, proposes the principle and guideline of constructing information system and introduces the software and hardware platform, database structure, security design and etc. Finally, it analyses the implementing effects of the logistics information system in Changqing Oil-Field and puts forward several respects which should be paid attention to in the construction of information system.The aim of this thesis is to promote the supply management level and the economic benefits in oil enterprises by analyzing the supply management system in Changqing Oil-Field. Meanwhile, it offers beneficial exploration for constructing the logistics information system in other oil fields.
