Decision-Making Research About The Development Mode Of Regional Logistics Based On Mcas Theories

The decision-making research on the development mode of regional logistics based on MCAS (Multi-Competitive Advantages) is a new research method that has applied Competitive advantage theory and Regional economy developing theory to Regional logistics planning technology. In the latest "The tenth five-years developing plan of CHINA", many province and city governments such as Shenzhen, Chengdu also take this problem as a special research project.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and features of regional multi competitive advantage theory and regional logistics development mode, discusses their important effects on regional economy development, and the application situation about MCAS theory is summarized.Secondly, through analyzing MCAS theory affect the healthy developing process of regional logistics development, explore the feasibility and necessarily of applying MCAS theory to regional logistics planning technology.The chapter 3 first discusses the analyzing process and depending theory of the multi competitive advantages analyzing about the destination region, then analyzes the affection factors which decided the regional logistics development mode decision-making, including the area place, industry developing, overall economy level, commercial and markets status, logistics infrastructure, natural resources and logistics developing polices, etc. Then, through discussing the developed country's excellent logistics development mode, summarized the successful experiences for our country's later logistics development.The chapter 4 researches the detailed architecture about regional logistics development mode based on the front analysis. Firstly, established a theory mode about regional logistics development mode, then surrounding the two core aspects of this theory mode, explore a new research method based on entropy mode and AHP which can identify the potential competitive advantages effectively, then use Radar and Value curve analysis tools to help to finish the whole decision-making process.
