Study On The Assessment And Measures For The Land Sustainable And Intensive Use Of Development Zone

Today's topic of human society is sustainable. Land sustainable use also becomes the essential of land use plan, management and decision-making at all levels government. But in recent years, the development zone in our country presents the direction of blindness developments. It affects the sustainable of development zone seriously. For this, according to unify the deployment with request of State Department, since February 20 of 2003, we carried out in the whole country the land market order manage to restructure the work. The key of the work was to restructure various the area of development. Therefore, this research at the background of intensive exploitations in building land, seek after the effective standard of verifying the amount and controlling the scale of development zone. It takes Jiangsu province for example. This paper up builds the assessment system of land sustainable use in development zone. And based on it, this paper gives the policies of criterion in land use and management for promoting the area health development and the land sustainable use.In the research, the logical jumping-off point of land intensive use in development zone is from the basal concept of optimum collocates of land resources. It establish the concept frame from optimum collocate of land resources to intensively and continually use of land, then to the assessment this. In the following article, it apply the intensively use of development zone in Jiangsu province as the demonstration research. At last, it goes up to the research lay of commonality analysis. In the basis of define in intensively use of construction land, it analyses the characteristic, configuration, efficiency and influence of construction land in Jiangsu development zone. Choose a group of guideline which adapt to the intensively use of development zone, then calculating the integrate index of intensively use in various development zone which reflect the level of every construction land.The method of evaluation on the intensive exploitation of Jiangsu province development zone is the fixed amount analysis. The construct in assessment system is follow step proceeding: Discuss the assessment principle of the sustainable and intensive use on the development zone; Divide the district of the assessment index; Choose the evaluation index; Confirm the weigh of the index; Confirm the standard value of the index; Compute single item evaluation index cent value and evaluation total cent value; Expatiate and analyze the result of evaluation.This research chose the land utilization, land use structure and durative, the level of land supplies, land devotion and output level and the increases benefit of land use as 5 evaluations factor. It adds up to 17 evaluations factor. Adopting synthetical index evaluation method, this paper tries to assessment 14 experimental units and experimental development zone, and get the evaluation result. From the result of the intercity contrast, the top level of intensive construction land use on development zone is Suzhou city. On discussing the distributing district of Suzhou development zone, we can get the result the south better than middle part, the middle better than the north, present decline like descending the step.
