Our country's private enterprises are the important component of our country's socialism market economy and the important support of country economy, and now they are gradually becoming the spotlight of our country's economy development with their mighty vitality. On the general view of private enterprises'development from the initial stage to now, we have progressively recognized the importance of strategic human resource management and accumulated many valuable administrative experiences. However, because of the innate management and inertia effect that formed at the beginning of private enterprises'development, there are still quite a lot of problems in strategic human resource management. Especially some universal problems the form of human resource management many private enterprises have adopted exposes, the form and way of human resource administration existing in present private enterprises have become the bottle's neck which seriously restricts enterprises'development and growth. Therefore, how to realize human resource administration's creation for private enterprises will directly influence and determine their futures and destinies, and it also needs immediate settlement.This article takes private enterprises as discuss object, by introducing the background, defining strategic human resource management and studying theory present situation about human resource administration between home and abroad, combining different characteristics which private enterprises present in different life cycle, mixing theoretic study with practice study, contemporary analyses with the topical analyses, and using comparative analyses between home and abroad together with systematized analyses, have analyzed private enterprises'special features.
