With the deepening of market competition, business competition from the previous product and scale competition development to today's talent competition, human resource management has become the key of establishing for a competitive advantage and grasping opportunities for development, and also become a part of corporate strategy. Life at different stages of development of the enterprises are facing different issues, enterprises in order to longevity, the realization of Built to Last, by its very nature is to handle the various stages in the development of human resources management.At present, a considerable proportion of China's private enterprises are in the formative years, they faced the common problem is how to overcome the plight of long-term management and smooth to the "prime of life." This article has chosen the life cycle of private enterprises in the most critical stage - growth period as a study and built the human resource management system of private enterprises in growth period through the combination methods of empirical analysis, observation and interviews, put the human resource management of private enterprises in growth period to the strategic level.First of all, papers on strategic human resource management theory and corporate life cycle theory of literature review carried out, followed by an analysis of the present situation and main problems of private enterprises human resources management in growth period, and then to the empirical analysis of strategic human resource management of private enterprises in growth period, on the one hand, describes the importance of strategic human resource management practices on impact of private enterprises income through regression analysis, on the other hand, analyzes the specific issues of strategic human resource management practices of private enterprises in growth period as an example of IT private enterprise in growth period which in the Zhongguancun Science Park , the final positions built the human resource management system of private enterprises in growth period from six part, including the analysis of system organization, human resource planning, staff acquisition and configuration, performance management, salary management, training and development. And also put forward the effective implementation of specific strategies and recommendations of strategic human resources management system.Strategic Human Resource Management as a new field of study, regardless of theoretical or practical application aspects is in a period of developing and not forming a model, different stages of development of private enterprise has its own characteristics, in terms of human resources management also is different. This article is intended to initiate the point of view, with a view to the guidance of China's management practices of private enterprises in growth period, to improve the human resources management level of private enterprises in growth period and promote the private economy better and faster access to the development of a theoretical and practical reference guide.
