Study On The State Of Sustainable Forest Management In Hanzhong

Hanzhong is located in the main water conservation district of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, and its state-owned farm is the essence of forest resources in the region, so as the framework of ecological systems and the water security barrier, the ecological location of Hanzhong is very important. From the viewpoint of building a new socialist rural areas and a harmonious society, the state-owned farm shoulders an important responsibility. Forestry is not only an integral part of the state-owned plantations, but also an integral part of rural socio-economic development, therefore, the sustainable development of state-owned farms plays a key role in the development of forestry as a whole and building new socialist rural areas. From the planning perspective of national long-term, the state-owned farms have broad prospects for development. However, the current slow pace of the overall economic development of Hanzhong city, coupled with the blur nature of state-owned farms, obstructured management system, multi-issue left over from history, etc, does not match the policy, even seriously restricting the sustainable development of state-owned farms in Hanzhong city. Therefore, we must straighten out various administrative, management, property, and investment relations, implement state support policies in light of the ecological and socio-economic reality of Hanzhong city, and explore sustainable development ways and models of state-owned farms. Thus, the forestry and the state-owned farms of Hanzhong city can find a way out and play a role as the screen of the ecological environment.The analysis summarized the sustainable forest management and the sustainable forestry development on the basis of documentation, the collection of forestry management models of state-owned farms practiced in foreign developed countries and regions, analyzed the state of sustainable forest management of the status quo.
